Questions we are asked first

It depends on the scope. A website is usually four to eight weeks; a business system with several modules runs three to six months. You get a timeline in writing with the quotation, before anything is agreed.
Yes. Support, updates and hosting are part of what we quote, and you are told what they cost per year rather than finding out later.
That is most of our work. We integrate with what you run now rather than asking you to replace it.
In milestones: a deposit to start, payments as agreed stages are delivered, and the balance on completion. The split is written into the quotation and we can discuss terms that suit you.
Yes. We work across Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Zambia, and we have delivered for clients who never met us in person.
